Karthik Sivacharan​

I'm Karthik, a product designer at Trainwell, a personal training app. I own design end-to-end there, from early messy 0-to-1 work to scaling what sticks. I also code prototypes using LLMs on the side, where design meets actual engineering. Before this, I was on the founding design team at Backstage Army, briefly evaluated early-stage startups at Refinery Ventures, and co-founded a SaaS tool for fitness trainers.
