Kareem Seoudy, M.D.

I'm Kareem, an outpatient psychiatrist at Comprehensive Psychiatric Services in Long Beach, where I treat mood, anxiety, psychotic, and personality disorders. I completed my psychiatry residency and Global Mental Health Fellowship at the University of Virginia and integrate cross-cultural psychiatry and trauma-informed care into my practice. I also provide expert consultations internationally through Nine Psychology and O7 Therapy.

Before outpatient work, I ran the consultation and liaison service for three hospitals at Riverside Healthcare, supervising nurse practitioners and covering emergency departments. I believe mental health care is not just a pill, it's therapy, psychoeducation, and the willingness to change.
