About
I build marketing functions from nothing. Across roughly six years in advertising, esports, and AI startups, I have stood up marketing at three companies and run growth as the only marketer on the ground at two of them. I tend to arrive before the function exists and leave behind a system somebody else can run.
I started at Deutsch Inc. in New York, where I was promoted to Account Executive inside my first year and spent two years delivering multi-million-dollar integrated campaigns for PNC Bank. I led the brand positioning and integrated launch of PNC's mobile banking app, which drove 100,000 downloads in its first two weeks.
I then moved to Hong Kong as Global Marketing Manager at Talon Esports, where the marketing team was two people. I built it into a function of sixteen across five Asia-Pacific markets, wrote the global brand guidelines those markets executed against, and built the editorial calendar from scratch. Sponsorship revenue doubled, content output grew fourfold, and our owned social audience grew tenfold.
As Head of Growth at Eklipse.gg, an AI short-form video startup, I owned the US market end to end as the only marketer. I ran roughly $120,000 a year in paid across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Twitch, built SEO from zero, and held acquisition cost near $20 while lifting lifetime value to acquisition cost from 3.1x to 4x. With no analytics function behind me, I wired the conversion tracking and built the dashboard myself.
Most recently I ran a twelve-week go-to-market sprint for AriesView, a pre-seed B2B AI company, where fifteen executive interviews and thirty sales calls took me from knowing nothing about the industry to five buyer segments and three signed beta customers.
I hold an MBA from UCLA Anderson
