Currently serving as Senior IP Counsel at Vinted, I advise on user-generated content governance, intermediary liability, advertising regulation, and cross-border IP enforcement across more than 20 jurisdictions.

Dual-qualified in California and the European Union (Lithuania) and CIPP/US-certified, I bring over a decade of experience across the U.S., EU, and Japan in both law firm and in-house environments. My practice spans IP portfolio management, trademark strategy, licensing, privacy, SaaS and technology agreements, platform governance, and regulatory AI compliance in complex digital ecosystems.

I regularly advise on the legal implications of AI systems, including training data, content moderation, automated ranking, and outputs, and on operationalizing GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and evolving global AI regulation through scalable governance frameworks.

Alongside practice, I am engaged in broader questions at the intersection of IP, creativity, and artificial intelligence. Since 2015, I have served as a teaching fellow in the CopyrightX program in collaboration with Harvard Law School, and I continue to write and speak on issues related to digital platforms, AI governance, and cross-border IP enforcement.
