Joyce Bender

I'm Joyce Bender, co-founder of iDisability. I am also the CEO of Bender Consulting Services and the Bender Leadership Academy. I've spent my career championing the employment of people with disabilities and advising companies on best practices in hiring people with disabilities.

I've worked with the U.S. State Department on disability employment across five countries and host Disability Matters. I serve on boards including the American Association of People with Disabilities and the Epilepsy Foundation of Western and Central Pennsylvania.
