Josh Negron​

I run operations at Roper Kia in Joplin, where I've spent over a decade working up from parts specialist to Director of Operations. Outside the dealership, I founded Epic Drives, a sports car rental startup serving the Four States area, co-run a real estate holding company and a property management company. I got halfway through a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy before my career with the dealership took off and changed my trajectory. But that education did not go to waste as it taught me invaluable things about people and leadership. I am also the host of the Optimizing Beyond podcast that explores how to optimize various aspects of life -- through mindset, discipline, relationships, health & fitness, tech, and so much more!
