Previously, I founded and led Estated, building one of North America's most accurate and scalable property data platforms used by Fortune 5000 companies before its strategic acquisition in 2022. Before that, I bootstrapped Data Nerds into a 7-figure profitable ad tech and data aggregation company serving tens of thousands of customers. I invest across Canada and Mexico and keep building companies at the intersection of AI, data, and leverage. I live in Mexico and focus on designing systems that drive business growth and long-term freedom.
