I'm Jose, an experienced operations and quality leader in manufacturing for aerospace and defense. I build shops, processes, quality systems, and I help with Nadcap accreditations. I've helped manufacturing companies and FAA Part 145 repair stations with chemical processing, heat treatment, NDT, and laser powder bed fusion processes. I have worked directly with tier-1 OEMs like Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, SpaceX, and Blue Origin on specific projects and quality requirements and I deeply understand regulatory compliance.
