John David Balla

As a behavioral scientist and consultant, I help clients improve their decision-making, leadership, and performance using evidence-based insights from behavioral economics, cognitive psychology, positive psychology, and rational emotive behavior therapy. I have over 20 years of experience in applying behavioral science to various domains, such as marketing, education, healthcare, and social justice.

My mission is to promote Critical Thinking Literacy (CTL) wherever sound judgment matters. I am a passionate advocate for critical thinking, informal logic, and rational/irrational game theory. I am also a doctoral student in organizational leadership, preparing to defend my dissertation in 2023. I am always eager to learn, collaborate, and share my knowledge with others who are interested in behavioral science and critical thinking.
