I'm Joey, founder at Joey Hendrix, helping consulting and services companies grow beyond their existing relationships. I spent 11 years at 360 Electrical in roles from project manager to VP of sales, driving sales from 4MM to 25MM ARR. After that, I joined SingleStone Consulting to expand business outside their main industries, where I tackled the challenge of growing without existing relationships.

I developed a process to start new conversations and build relationships not connected to prior contacts, learning from trial and error and a "Build--Do, Fail, Learn" mindset. Now I help others get unstuck by creating new connections that lead to consistent and repeatable business growth beyond just their current network.
