I'm Jo, the Founder's Founder — cofounder and CEO of Exeo Advisors, cohost of The Exeo Founders Table Podcast, and a four-time founder.

I have helped drive more than $400M in business growth and completed multiple exits while working across communications, IT, real estate, marine, healthcare, logistics, and residential construction. I have worked as a strategic business consultant, senior M&A business broker, and in sales and marketing leadership roles. I built the Exeo VTF System and created The Founders' Table to support founders and owner-led companies.
