I work with Latino immigrants in the US who carry the weight of inherited patterns, mental viruses from religion and tradition, and the uncertainty of migration. I'm a lawyer, pastor, and coach, but what I really do is put the mirror in front of people and walk with them while they look at themselves without filters for the first time.
