Jessie Zhou

I'm Counsel at Rimon PC. I work with tech companies on venture capital, M&A, and international business transactions, from private placements and debt financing to IP licensing and privacy policies. I also help clients in the Greater China Region structure and negotiate deals involving their U.S. operations.

I serve as Vice President of Programming on the Executive Board of CALOBA, an organization supporting Chinese-speaking lawyers and the broader Chinese American community.
