I’ve led ground-up construction of private clubs, curated hospitality concepts from napkin sketch to ribbon cut, and brought design, GC, investors, and ops teams into alignment so vision didn’t get lost in chaos. I’ve built policy and leadership frameworks inside international trading companies. I’ve helped structure new nonprofit’s and their boards gain clarity, purpose, and presence—so their mission actually moves the needle.
