Jenny runs a Delightfully Tiny media and IP licensing company. She loves helping people set their time free through smarter systems, and is the author of three award-winning books: Free Time: Lose the Busywork, Love Your Business for leaders and small business owners; Pivot: The Only Move That Matters Is Your Next One high net growth individuals navigating what’s next; and Life After College, a portable life coach for twenty-somethings. For nine years, she hosted two podcasts with over two million downloads combined. Jenny also publishes personal essays about self-employment at Rolling in Doh, a 2024 featured Substack publication. Jenny has been publishing online for two decades. She launched her first website in 2005 while working as the first employee at a political polling start-up in Palo Alto, later acquired by YouGov America. She was early to blogging (2007) and Twitter (2008), but left social media in 2012, making rare exceptions only for book launches. Prior to launching her business in 2011, Jenny co-created Google’s global drop-in coaching program, Career Guru, still thriving today. One of the Stanford Graduate School of Business’ most popular classes, Strategic Pivoting, is based on her second book, Pivot, and co-taught by former Yankees star Alex Rodriquez. She also licenses Pivot Programs to universities and companies like Google and CHANEL. She lives in New York City with her husband, a contemporary artist, and their angel-in-fur-coat German shepherd Ryder.
