At Sony Music Entertainment and Warner Bros. Records, I managed portfolios of 200+ accounts simultaneously across national markets, overseeing 75+ client programs annually while consistently delivering 30% average increases in engagement and 20% growth in brand visibility. I served as the primary point of accountability for every relationship in my portfolio, coordinating high-touch client experiences, translating performance data into actionable strategy, and proactively identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and expand results. I held those same partner and client relationships spanning my entire career.

Most recently, I applied that same relationship discipline in an entirely new industry. As an independent travel advisor at Fora Travel, I built a client portfolio from the ground up, generating $265K+ in booking value across 100+ trips worldwide. Over half of my clients have returned for multiple bookings, and many additional clients came entirely through referrals from my original base, which is a direct reflection of the trust and service quality I bring to every account.
