Now a Senior Customer Success Engineer at VulnCheck, he came up vendor-side through Rapid7, Invicti, Checkmarx, and five years at HackerOne, where he was named technical owner of a $10M+ Fortune 500 book — sitting inside the kind of enterprise security programs most people only read about, from onboarding through escalation to renewal. When the data didn't land where the customer needed it, he built the integration himself: a GRC sync for a top-five US bank, intelligent inbox routing for a Fortune 100 hardware manufacturer, duplicate-report metadata sync deployed across every program at a global e-commerce company. He also designed and led HackerOne's first MITRE ATLAS-aligned AI red team engagement, building the methodology from scratch.
