Jeffrey Ian Becker

I'm Jeff, CEO of Pegasus, a cleaning company in San Diego with about 800 employees. I handle operations, contract negotiation, and team building in facilities management. My dad started the company the year I was born, and I took over the San Diego office in 1998 after a brief stint at John Hancock. Last year I rebuilt the entire management team after a rough period, and we just transitioned out of being an ESOP, so my wife and I now own the whole thing. It feels like a 55-year-old startup.
