Javier is a Systems Engineer mainly in the Satellite field but also he has been expanding his knowledge in the Railways, defense and Aviation industries, with more than 25 years in R&D of radiofrequency and electronic equipment for commercial, scientific, and military projects. He has consulted on designing and testing hardware for aerospace clients.
