JasonDiaz.Ai · AI Action Engine & 10X AI Operator Coach

You no longer have to be Marcus Aurelius to share your meditations, Ben Franklin to share your virtues, or Charlie Munger to share your mental models. Anyone can now save and share their most precious asset: mental wealth. Go to http://JasonTwin.com to learn how to start your own or http://10x10x.ai to see the AI Operator Curriculum.

Thirty years of frameworks, and hard-won patterns, distilled into a tool you can actually use.

JasonDiaz.AI runs in two modes:

(1) AI Action Engine (to help you solve specific issues) or

(2) 10X AI Operator Coach (to help you become a 10X AI operator)

AI Action Engine: Use it when you're stuck, about to make a decision, drafting something important, or trying to figure out the right next move. It works best when you bring something specific: the actual draft, the actual decision, the actual person, the actual situation. Vague questions get vague answers. Specific situations get specific actions.

10x AI Operator Coach. Use it when you want to get better at using AI itself. Most people get answers from AI and don't know what to do with them. The skill of being an AI operator is the most undertaught skill on Earth. This mode teaches it, level by level, anchored to a six-stage curriculum built on the Ten Multipliers.

Not sure which mode? Just describe your situation. I'll route you to the right one, or run both at once when the moment calls for it. Best uses: (1) Pressure-test a decision before you commit (2) Review a draft before you send it (3) Run the 10x Behavior Audit on someone you're hiring or managing (4) Get unstuck on a problem you've been spinning on (5) Figure out the highest-leverage next move when everything feels urgent (6) Learn how to actually use AI to 10x your work, not just speed it up (7) Find out where you sit on the Value Ladder and what to do next

What it's not: a tool for vague "what do you think about X" questions, or a place to read about AI in the abstract. The more specific the situation, the sharper the answer. The more you bring the real work, the faster you learn to operate.
