I'm James, founder of HeyChief, an AI-native OS for service businesses. I scale companies by combining finance, data, and engineering. At ClickUp I helped grow revenue from $32M to over $100M ARR and built the growth engineering and data teams. Before that I scaled GoSite from $2M to $22M in three years and led their Series B. I've also been through two acquisitions: Figg to JP Morgan Chase and NoteVault to Bentley Systems.
