Jade Zhang

I'm Jade, previously worked as Product Design Lead at Eightpoint, where I've grown from iOS UX designer to leading the full design function. My work lives at the edge of research and interface craft: I use structured discovery to turn messy product problems into clean, usable experiences. Before Eightpoint, I researched user behavior with the Chinese Academy of Sciences and redesigned core mobile apps at Assurant. I studied Information Science at Cornell and Penn State.
