Jacob Fuchs

I'm Jacob, Director of Pharmacy at St. Luke's Health System, where I oversee pharmaceutical care across inpatient, outpatient, and specialty operations. Before this, I founded Premier Pharmaceuticals, a drug wholesale company built to bring pricing transparency to independent pharmacies. My family has been in pharmacy for over 45 years, starting with my grandfather's Dick's Pharmacy in Twin Falls.
