Jackie P. Taylor

Hi, I’m Jackie P. Taylor. I’m the CEO of Boost Strategy Group, where we help cities, corporations, and communities activate entrepreneurship and workforce ecosystems. I’m also the creator of BoostPlug™, an AI platform that connects businesses and talent to economic opportunities. Most of my work focuses on helping under-resourced entrepreneurs get seen, supported, and sourced.

Before Boost Strategy Group, I held leadership roles at EY including US Local Government Leader, US Alliances & Ecosystems Leader for the Government & Public Sector practice, and Americas Sector Leader & Global Client Service Partner. I completed the EY Strategic Leadership Program at Harvard Business School and earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Mercy University.
