Izzy Kiver

I'm Izzy, president and chief learning architect at Covenant of Education. I founded Covenant to help professionals and teens discover their true vision and purpose in life, based on the belief that everyone needs a dream of how they want to impact the world. We've reached over 300 participants with a 95% completion rate, triple the industry average, and 83% report more clarity about their life direction. Grades and anxiety have improved for many, and parents and teens have shared how our work has given them purpose and energy.

Before Covenant, I spent over 10 years designing instructional programs at Google, SAP, and Polygon Labs, creating curricula that reached millions. I hold a Master's from Harvard, an EdD in Education Technology, and a Master's in Learning Innovation from University of Michigan. Now I apply all I've learned to the mission my brother gave his life for.
