I am a certified trainer, coach, and consultant for women leaders and founders in SaaS, with 18+ years of experience working with customers in the E-Commerce and Tech industries across Europe and North America.
From Head of Customer Support to Customer Success, Sales, and International Key Accounts, I have built and led multicultural teams that drive real business outcomes.
Today, I work with women leaders in SaaS, those running Customer Success, Support, and Revenue teams, helping them navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.
To continue with my mission in my free time, I am the Communication Officer of Féminin Pluriel Berlin, a women-focused organisation that provides a forum and open dialogue for businesswomen in Berlin, addressing professional skill development, learning, mentoring, and networking within the French-German communities.
