For over 25 years, I’ve worked across sales, business strategy, leadership development, and entrepreneurship inside corporate environments, founder-led businesses, and mission-driven organizations. On paper, it looked successful.

Underneath, I saw the same pattern everywhere: Brilliant women doing the right things… but carrying too much, over-functioning, under-receiving, and quietly burning out.

The issue wasn’t strategy. It was capacity. Identity. And an internal operating system built for survival, not sustainability.

Today, I specialize in helping high-capacity women reclaim who they are allowed to be, so their leadership, income and impact stop feeling heavy.

I’m the founder of the Institute for Reclaimed Women, a restoration-to-results ecosystem where identity, nervous system safety, leadership capacity, and wealth stewardship come back into alignment.
