I'm Ilyssa, Group Creative Director at Patients & Purpose. I've spent my entire career in healthcare, obsessed with finding the human story inside the complicated, stigmatized, or overlooked health topics most people don't know how to talk about yet. Women's health, mental health, the stuff that matters and tends to get sanitized into something unrecognizable by the time it reaches a patient.

I ask a lot of questions. I take the work seriously and myself less so. I just moved to Atlanta from Philadelphia with my husband and two kids. I love to travel, eat out, work out, and read basically anything that involves dragons, magic systems, and morally complex female leads right now. Fourth Wing era, no notes.
