What do you say to someone who's dying? We often feel like we should have so much to say, something that's about our whole relationship. It can feel like you almost need to give a speech or have some big profound communication. But the truth is, in all those words, we're really only saying a few things. I love that there's a Hawaiian prayer that really summarizes what we need to say. It's called the Four Communications. I'm sorry. Forgive me. I forgive you. Thank you. I love you. I also like to add a fifth, goodbye, and I always think of goodbye as "til we meet again." Let me know your thoughts and follow for some more information and support.
