I don't know who needs to hear this, but it may be time to stop looking for the right way to grieve. Understand, we all come from a long line of dead people. Every single ancestor we've had has died. Your body, your soul, your psyche knows how to do this. You don't need to be taught to grieve. The problem isn't that, or that we don't know how. The problem is that our society tells us we're doing it wrong. We're doing it too slow. We need to go faster. We should be over it. We should do it differently. As a grief expert, I'd really like to encourage you to trust your own grief. Let me know your thoughts. Follow me for more information and support.
