I'm Tammy, a Senior PM at National Grid where I design performance KPIs, lead contract strategy, and build AI tools into how teams make decisions. I also run Phantastic Thai, a business I've been steering alongside my corporate career for over a decade. I trained as a financial analyst and did early-stage investment work at Boston Harbor Angels before moving into program management.
