Henning is a creative and results-driven global founder and executive with extensive domestic and international experience in Sales, Supply Chain, and General Management, both in a corporate and entrepreneurial setting. Henning launched Vendux in 2019 as the matchmaker for fractional and interim sales leadership. And five years later, Vendux is the only matchmaker with focus on CRO, CSO, or VP of Sales roles, representing the largest community of over 1,000 Sales Leaders in North America.

Born and raised in Germany, he started working for US companies 23 years ago, moved to the US 11 years ago and now lives on the central coast of California. When not working to advance the fractional sales leader concept, Henning enjoy wine, friends, rowing, hiking, and sailing.

Henning is also one of the Founding Members and the Executive Director of the Fractional Leadership Alliance, with a mission to advance the fractional leadership industry worldwide by uniting organizations and fractional leaders, elevating their value proposition, and advocating for their collective interests.

He also co-founded #befractional., offering training and coaching for executives looking to start or grow their own fractional or consulting practice.
