I'm Henk, a Behavioral Systems Designer at Transilience. I build gamified systems for coaches who are multipotentialites: XP, quests, skill trees, and streaks that make daily progress feel earned and visible rather than assumed. My own path through data analysis, ISO compliance, creativity coaching, and board work at Rational Games gave me the "what do you even do?" experience firsthand. So I built the thing I needed.
