Helen Shu Mansour

Helen Shu Mansour is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with over two decades of experience in global marketing, brand management, and corporate communications. A MBA graduate of Emory University's Goizueta Business School, Helen's career began in international roles with UPS and Ogilvy, spanning the U.S., China, and Canada. In 2015, Helen began her entrepreneurial journey, founding her first Montessori child care center in the Greater Toronto Area. Over the years, she has expanded her network to include eight campuses, now serving over 500 students. Recently, she acquired Prince William Academy in Virginia, expanding her work to elementary and middle school education in the U.S. In 2024, Helen was named one of WPO's Women2Watch, and in 2025, she was honored with the Enterprising Women of the Year Award by Enterprising Women magazine, celebrating her impact as a trailblazing entrepreneur and advocate for quality education. In 2025, Helen attended Leading Business and Personal Transitions at Harvard Business School Executive Education program, further equipping her with all the leadership tools to succeed in leading the transformation of her new acquisition in the US.
