Hayley Win

Hayley is an E-RYT 500, founder of the Institute of Yoga Sports Science and co-founder of The School of Yoga Sequencing. She holds a Master's in Sports and Exercise Biomechanics and has spent nearly 30 years helping yoga teachers. Since 2009 she has pioneered evidence-based online yoga education, including Yoga for Athletes training.
