Harjot Gill

I am co-founder and CEO of CodeRabbit, an AI-native developer platform for AI code review and agentic change management.

This is my third startup. I founded Netsil, a University of Pennsylvania spinout in cloud observability later acquired by Nutanix, then built FluxNinja for reliability automation before that team combined with CodeRabbit.

I work at the intersection of developer tools and AI agents. Ask me about AI code review, agentic change management, and how teams should change when generation is cheap.
