I'm Hamid, an applied economist and social data scientist based in London. I research how algorithmic environments shape misinformation, epistemic behavior, and public discourse, using methods from behavioral economics and computational social science. Trained at LSE in economic policy, I work in Python, R, and Stata on RCT design, quasi-experimental methods, and large-scale social media analysis. I'm currently curating Farsi-language intellectual content for audiences inside Iran and the diaspora.
Ask me about misinformation research, human-AI interaction, experimental methods, and the Iranian information ecosystem.
