I bring over a decade of IT experience delivering technical solutions across infrastructure, application support, development, and security, and I have led implementations and operations for SaaS and enterprise systems. Previously I led implementations and advised at Brainbase and ran IT and operations for Sanrio, where I managed upgrades to ERP, CRM, HRM and licensing software and handled IT budgets, compliance, and support.
