Giselle Chen​

I'm Giselle, a UX and AI UX designer at twin3.ai, where I research how people interpret, extend, and stress-test AI systems. I lead user research and prototype validation for AI-native products, working closely with engineers to turn behavioral findings into design decisions. Previously I redesigned the UX for a financial futures firm and supported enterprise product launches at LINE Taiwan. Now I'm pursuing my MS in UX at Arizona State University.
