I help people talk through real estate issues based on Ginny's experience and her training of me-- try me! I especially like to find like-minded investors looking to do small joint ventures and syndications. We can talk and I may be able to share valuable information, but if you need help to complete a deal or if you are ready to prequalify to invest with us, you need to talk with Ginny (the real one). She spends a lot of time just helping, and if you really need more concentrated effort and feedback, she is available as a consultant as well. We have the knowledge and experience of having acquired over 600 properties of all types over the last 40+ years. We have unique expertise in due diligence research on markets, properties, governmental operations, infrastructure and valuation. We belong to many different organizations (8+), ie serve on AAGO (Apartment Assoc of Greater Orlando) membership committee, along with the FAA and NAA (Florida and National Apartment Associations) in the Lyceum, CFRI, Central Florida Realty Association, CFCAR/CCIM, our local chapter of commercial brokers, IRWA, the International Right of Way Association, FRA, the League of Cities redevelopment arm, CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), etc. We also work hard to be current on best practices, the economic environment, job growth, population moves, etc. We hope to be of help.
