George Ackerman

Hi, I'm George. Growing up, I watched my dad build his career as a sales manager, and he always told me that if you want to become who you want to be, you have to take risks and put in the work. That's stuck with me ever since. I started out in door-to-door car detailing sales, where I learned how to genuinely connect with someone in the first few seconds and really listen, even when things didn't go my way. I averaged a 35% close rate knocking on 100 doors a day — but what I valued most was learning how to have real conversations. Sales has genuinely become a passion of mine. I love the challenge of it — figuring out what someone actually needs, building trust quickly, and helping them get to a decision that's right for them. That's what pulled me toward high-ticket sales, and it's why I've been training under Colby Lyman to keep sharpening that craft. I just try to show up as myself and be someone people feel comfortable talking to.
