I'm Garrett, co-founder and CEO of Handshake.

We're building the career network for the next generation, connecting 18 million students and young alumni with employers, including all of the Fortune 500. The mission is simple: democratize opportunity so early careers aren't determined by connections, experience, or luck.

I grew up in Detroit, left Michigan Tech in 2014 to build Handshake, and previously worked at Palantir.
