I'm Fred Perry, CTO at Boston Electronics. I help customers find the right photodetectors, light sources, and signal processing electronics for their applications, whether we sell them or not. I work with both photon counting and linear response technologies.

Ask me about photodetectors, photon counting technologies, and signal processing electronics, especially TCSPC and Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging system architecture. Also ask me about mid infrared molecular spectroscopy using mid infrared quantum cascade lasers (QCLs) as tunable light sources and non-dispersive infrared spectroscopy using faixed wavelength light sources line mid IR LEDs and thermal sources with spectral interference filters to define the wavelength of the light.
