I'm Francesca, a junior at Claremont McKenna College studying Economics and Psychology. I'm drawn to work where analytical thinking and human behavior intersect, turning messy information into something polished and usable.

I captain the Claremont McKenna Women's Soccer team, which has taught me to lead with clarity and operate in high-accountability environments. I bring that same discipline to how I think about structure, quality, and execution.
