I have nearly two decades of practical leadership experience across ministries, businesses, institutions, and communities. My work has taken me into boardrooms, executive teams, growing organizations, and complex leadership environments where sound decisions matter and execution cannot be left to chance.

I advise founders, executives, boards, and leadership teams who are not merely interested in growth, but in building institutions that remain strong, relevant, and effective long after their founders have moved on.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief that organizations rarely rise above the quality of the thinking that shapes them. Better decisions produce better systems, and in turn, healthier organizations. My role is to help leaders develop that thinking and translate it into structures + strategies and leadership practices that stand the test of time.
