I'm Derek Featherstone - a product accessibility leader, now working at the intersection of AI & Accessibility. I founded my accessibility agency and sold it, eventually moving into accessibility and Product Exec leadership roles. Now, on my own, I am a builder and consultant that has both super-IC level subject matter expertise combined with executive level influence and presence.

I help accessibility teams get unstuck in a number of ways: - deliver accessibility at scale via Design Systems and other methods - coach leaders to influence accessibility decision-making at their organizations - modernize accessibility processes using AI-driven tooling (existing or custom built) - teach all roles on product teams to practice great accessibility judgement via hands-on workshops - grow disability inclusion practices, including co-design and facilitation
