About
Fabio is the Founder and Winemaker at Inavarde Wines. After working as a software developer and journalist, he emigrated from Switzerland to Georgia in 2019 to fulfill his dream.
He began producing wine in Kakheti in 2020, cultivating Saperavi, Kisi, Khikhvi and Rkatsiteli on an organic vineyard and making natural wines in his own cellar. Ask him about Georgian wine, natural winemaking, or amber wine.
