Jennifer Burns is the President of Excelara and the Head of School at American Faith Academy, where she leads a national and international initiative to make exceptional, Christ-centered education accessible and achievable for every family. A strategist, builder, and education innovator, Jennifer specializes in launching and scaling hybrid and microschool models, developing turnkey school solutions, and equipping education entrepreneurs with the tools, training, and systems needed to succeed.

With more than 20 years of experience, Jennifer has co-founded thriving schools, including Classical Consortium Academy, and now provides academic and organizational leadership for American Faith Academy, an online, faith-based K–12 school serving families across the globe. She has guided dozens of leaders in creating sustainable, mission-aligned programs and is known for her ability to translate vision into operational reality—designing curriculum, building organizational structures, forming strategic partnerships, and integrating technology in ways that enhance human teaching.
