Erin Hurley, MD

As a physician, coach, mother, wife, podcaster, writer, philanthropist, and adventure seeker, I’m passionate about solving problems in innovative ways and transforming medical culture to empower healthcare professionals and improve patient care.

With 25 years in pediatrics and leadership, including serving as Medical Director of a nonprofit clinic, I’ve also held wellness leadership roles for over a decade on the Marion-Polk County Medical Society Board and three years on the Executive Committee of the Oregon Wellness Program, improving mental well-being for healthcare providers.

Now, I focus on helping healthcare professionals flourish in their careers while finding balance and fulfillment in their personal lives. My coaching programs support women in medicine with tools for holistic well-being, leadership, and high performance.

I embrace big challenges, whether leading physician roundtables to reimagine healthcare, hosting transformative retreats, or seeking adventure through adrenaline infused activities like travel adventures and zip-lining.

Through coaching, speaking, writing, and community-building, I aim to inspire bold action and create a brighter future for healthcare professionals and the field of medicine.
