Eric Rubinfeld

I'm Eric, founder and CEO of Westchester Eyes, a multi-location eye care and MedSpa platform in the New York Metro area. My career took me from clinical optometry to building lens manufacturing operations across China, Taiwan, and Korea, then back to New York to build something of my own. Along the way I ran optometric billing systems at Bristol Medical and led strategy at Cohen's Fashion Optical. My MBA from the University of Hong Kong shapes how I think about scaling, operations, and unconventional partnerships between healthcare, retail, and consumer experience.
